The Company has submitted a Securities Issue Registration Statement in connection with the Public Offering of Sustainable Registration Bonds I Bali Tower Phase I Year 2020 with a principal amount of IDR554,000,000,000 (five hundred and fifty-four billion Rupiah) and a target fund raised of IDR1,600,000,000,000 ( one trillion six hundred billion Rupiah) to Financial Services Authority with letter No. 1014/BTS-DIR/XI/2019 dated 27 November 2019 following the requirements stipulated in Act No. 8 of 1995 dated November 10, 1995, concerning the Capital Market, Republic of Indonesia State Gazette No. 64 of 1995, Supplement No. 3608 and its implementing regulations (hereinafter referred to as “UUPM” or “Capital Market Law”).
