Johnny Swandi Sjam served as the Company's President Commissioner for the 2022-2027 period, following the resolutions of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on July 1, 2022.
Before joining the Company, he served as Independent Commissioner of PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk (2011-2015) and PT Industri Telekomunikasi Indonesia (2010-2011). He is also trusted as President Director at PT Indosat Tbk (2007-2009).
He graduated with a Master of Science degree from the University of Indonesia in Business Administration and Policy, Faculty of Social and Political Sciences in 2001.

Anni Suwardi was trusted as Commissioner of the Company for the 2022-2027 period, following the resolutions of the Annual General Meeting on July 1, 2022.

Erry Firmansyah has served as Independent Commissioner of the Company since September 2013. Following the resolution of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on July 1, 2022, he was reappointed as Independent Commissioner for the 2022-2027 period.
He has been trusted as President Commissioner/Independent Commissioner at PT Totalindo Eka Persada Tbk (2017-2019), Independent Commissioner at PT Pool Advista Indonesia Tbk (2016-2017), and Commissioner at PT Indo Premier Securities (2013-present). He completed his undergraduate education in 1981 at the University of Indonesia majoring in Accounting.
Erry Firmansyah has served as Independent Commissioner of the Company since September 2013. Following the resolution of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on July 1, 2022, he was reappointed as Independent Commissioner for the 2022-2027 period.

Dr. Soni Sumarsono, M.D.M. served as Commissioner since July 01, 2022. Following the resolution of the Annual General Meeting on July 1, 2022, he was appointed as Commissioner for the 2022-2027 period.
He was appointed as Chairman of the State College of Government Studies (STIPAN), a private university in Jakarta (2021-present). He has served as a member of the National Bureaucratic Reform Independent Team (TIRBN), Ministry of PAN-RB (2020-present). In addition, he was also given additional duties by the President of the Republic of Indonesia as Acting Governor of South Sulawesi (2018).
Dr. Soni Sumarsono, M.D.M. served as Commissioner since July 01, 2022. Following the resolution of the Annual General Meeting on July 1, 2022, he was appointed as Commissioner for the 2022-2027 period.
He was appointed as Chairman of the State College of Government Studies (STIPAN), a private university in Jakarta (2021-present). Before joining the Company, he served as Direktur PT Elang Mahkota Teknologi (EMTEK Group) (1984 - 1999), Sales Director PT Abhimata Persada (1992-2002), President Director PT Swardarma Marga Inforindo (1997-2003), Director PT Bitnet Komunikasindo (2003-2014), Director/Chief Marketing Officer PT Bali Towerindo Sentra Tbk (2014-2021), and DCEO Cellular Business Unit PT Bali Towerindo Sentra Tbk.
He graduated with Bachelor Degree of Law from Universitas Krisnadwipayana- Law Faculty in 1986.
Andi Sumarsono served as the Company’s Commissoner for the period of 2023 – 2027, following the resolutions of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on 31 May 2023.

He serves as President Commissioner of PT Paramitra Intimega (2014-present). At the same time, he was also entrusted with the duties of President Director of PT Paramitra Media Interaktif and President Director of PT Pantai Jimbaran Indah (2013-present).
His last formal education was the Higher School Certificate from Randwick Technical And Further Education, in Sydney - Australia, in 1985.

Lily Hidayat has served as Vice President Director since May 2018. In accordance with the resolution of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on July 1, 2022, she was appointed as Vice President Director for the 2022-2027 period.
She also concurrently serves as Chief Financial Officer. Since 2018 until now, she has been trusted as President Commissioner at PT Kharisma Cipta Towerindo, Deputy President Director at PT Paramitra Intimega, and serves as Deputy President Director at PT Paramitra Media Interaktif (2018-present). Lily holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from The University of Texas.
Lily Hidayat has served as Vice President Director since May 2018. In accordance with the resolution of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on July 1, 2022, she was appointed as Vice President Director for the 2022-2027 period.
She also concurrently serves as Chief Financial Officer. Since 2018 until now, she has been trusted as President Commissioner at PT Kharisma Cipta Towerindo, Deputy President Director at PT Paramitra Intimega, and serves as Deputy President Director at PT Paramitra Media Interaktif (2018-present). Lily holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from The University of Texas.

He has a career history as President Director of PT Paramitra Intimega (2014-present) and President Director of PT Paramitra Media Interaktif (2013-present). In addition, purchase the Director of PT Kharisma Cipta Towerindo (2007-present). He obtained a Bachelor's degree from the Department of Architectural Engineering, Tarumanegara University in 1988.
