Career - Supervisor FTTX Operation Karawang

Responsibilities:
  • 1. Monitoring and control of all Operation & Maintenance FTTx ( Troubleshoot TT NOC, Troubleshoot on reseidential & corporate complaint Ticket, Installation & Integration ) according to SLA target
  • 2. Manage team and coordination with another department needed to make cluster or customer Ready For Service
  • 3. Supervise Hand Over, E2E activity and databased validity needed for Ready For service
  • 4. Create daily report activity and troubleshooting. Report to Manager
Requirements:
  • 1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelors Degree in Engineering ( Telecomunication / Informatics Engineering ) or Equivalent
  • 2. Having more than 2 years working experience as project or operation & maintenance Coordinator/Supervisor in Telecomunication, Broadband Network or ISP Companies
  • 3. Having good understanding and knowledge of Telecomunication technology, solution, product, installation, application, configuration and tools monitoring
  • 4. Having good knowledge and experience in FTTx ( OLT, ODB/FDT, FAT, ONT )
  • 5. Able to operate FTTx Tools ( OTDR, Splicer, OPM, OLS, Visual Fault Locator, OFI etc )
  • 6. Ability to work with under pressure, strong administration, personality and communication with team, good monitoring, strong controlling, hardworker and directing capabilities
  • 7. Experience in electrical engineering is a plus
