Responsibilities:
- Perform network troubleshooting fttx and make improvement plan to maintain network performance and network availability as wellP
- Troubleshoot on NOC ticket, Residential and corporate complain tickets
- Hand over site ( ATP ) from project department / vendor to FTTX operational , resedential & corporate
- Create daily report activities and troubleshooting report to supervisor
- Coordinate and cooperate well between for work handover process to next team
Requirements:
- Minimum Education STM / D3 Department Telecommunication / Electrical / Informatics
- Miinimum 1 year experience in FTTX ( fresh graduate are welcome )
- Having knowledge about FTTX topology
- Hard worker and dedicate to jobs
- Having driving licence (A/C) and own motorcyles
