Career - FTTX Operation Assistant Manager

Region: Jakarta
Responsibilities:
  • Manage 3 areas with 3 supervisors (1 supervisor handle 20 employees)
  • Ensuring the team on time to visits customers in accordance with the tickets and scheduled by customers call
  • Ensure that NOC tickets associated with the customers network can be solved in accordance with SLA
  • Manage all team areas to be able to work in discipline and be able to complete each ticket given according to the schedule and target SLA
  • Manage material needed by operation team
  • Monitoring and ensuring that all materials used by the team can be settled well
  • Make progress report to management
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Engineering Computer / Telecommunication or equivalent
  • Have minimum 5 years experience in related field (Telecommunication / ISP)
  • Have minimum 2 years experience in the same position
  • Understand the technical and Internet Service Provider networks (especially FTTH)
