Responsibilities:
  • Implement control documents, strengthening the data base including documentation records for all coordination and team communication
  • Executing up to date project status reporting, scheduling and planning
  • Maintain and develop a database for tracking information needs
  • Knowing all status
  • Coordinate with other departments such as finance, finance, legal and other departments
  • Prepare presentations and reports that are routine or specific needs
  • Attend meeting or coordination
Requirements:
  • Minimum S1 education in All majors
  • Oriented to detail, multitask, priority and deadline
  • Advance using microsoft office applications especially Excel, MS Word, Power Point and preferably MS Project
  • Have the ability to organize and good communication
  • Have good document recording capability
