Career - General Affairs (GA) Manager

Region: Jakarta
Responsibilities:
  • Managing the groups office assets, facilities, services, and day to day office operations.
  • Creates and implements procedures
  • Responsible for office space arrangement, renovation and moves.
  • Manages Insurance & claims on company assets and properties.
  • Managing, obtaining and maintaining all company documentation relating to licences, permits, insurance and lease agreements, including validity and rates
  • Manages staff asset issuance & repairs (company cars etc).
  • Manages team of the office (office, cleaners, and receptionists) and also the Maintenance,
  • Lead and Manage assigned special projects within time, cost and quality.
Requirements:
  • Academic degree or equivalent with background in Business Administration or related area.
  • Several years of job experience as GA Manager
  • Having experience in Telecommunication field will be an advantage.
  • Good initiation and negotiation skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills as well as results oriented attitude
  • Able to build a strong team and client relationships
  • Willing to work overtime or as project schedule
