Career - Network Management Manager

Responsibilities:
  • Perform Day to Day Network Operational and 24X7 NOC Trouble ticket Support .
  • Level 2 Support for troubleshooting and Trouble Ticket Solving from NOC .
  • Perform analysis and documentation of all network troubleshooting .
  • Provisioning and Configuration for all new Network Element such as Router, Switch, GPON OLT and ONT, Wifi Access Point .
  • Perform Integration of New Network Element to Existing Network
  • Perform Activation of new FTTX Customer
  • Test and commissioning for all network element.
  • Maintenance and Documenting System behavior of Network Infrastructure
  • Make sure all Licenses are updated for Network services.
  • Provide monthly Report of Activities and network performance
  • Experience in Operational of MRTG and NMS Services
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
  • Typically 5+ years of experience performing network capacity management and planning of large enterprise networks such as Telecommunication, ISP/ NAP , Network Provider and FTTH Provider.
  • Having CCNA - CCNP, JNCIA-JNCIP, MTCNA Certifications would be advantage.
  • Experience with all network Element such as Cisco, Juniper, Mikrotik, Unifi, Raisecom , Nokia, ALU, MOJO AP.
  • Microsoft Office for Performance Reporting
  • Demonstration of leadership, follow up, accountability, ability to multi-task .
