Career - FTTX Governance & Assurance Manager

Region: Jakarta
Responsibilities:
  • Project support function for FTTH (Fiber to the Home) deployment program. Scope of work focus with Material Management, Project Procurement, Quality Control, HSE, and Project Documentation
  • Implement project governance and reporting frameworks, conduct best practices to ensure key risk and control issues
  • Provide guidance to projects regarding internal control aspects of policies and procedures
  • Lead project procurement functions as vendor awarding, PO issuance and invoice tracking
  • Material forecast and utilization, manages supply chain flow and ensure project team receives adequate materials on time for implementation
  • Lead vendor performance review process and report assessment result to key stakeholder
  • Ensure project organization has strong governance policies and plans in place to manage Health, Safety, and Security risks and meet legislative requirements
  • Prepare and monitor implementation of quality audit program, to ensure work procedures and installation methodologies on the track
  • Lead documentation and records management system
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent
  • Familiar with ISO 9001
  • Experience in governance, audit, and documentation functions, min. 5 years
  • Good knowledge in Quality Management Tools and disseminate through Project Quality Management System
  • Good knowledge of best practice in quality and assurance frameworks
  • Advanced negotiation skills and the ability to achieve results in challenging environment
  • Strong people management, organizational, and planning skills
