Responsibilities:
  • Analyze data and network monitoring
  • Create Report problems and solutions (RCA) and coordinate with Vendors / Partners.
  • Coordinate with Operations and NOC as a troubleshoot process and problem solving improvement.
  • Responsible for SLA Tenant (Cellular and Non Cellular) related to devices that have been leased by the customer and coordinate with the internal team
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering / IT or equivalent from a reputable university with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in the same field
  • Having experience on MPLS, VM Machine, Router, Switch, enterprise IT operation ( DNS, DHCP, Proxy, VPN, Firewall)
  • Experience Switch Nokia, Juniper, Cisco, Mikrotik (have Certificate Point +) layer 2 & 3
