Career - Supervisor FTTX Operation and Maintenance

Region: Jakarta
Responsibilities:
  • Manage Team schedules, monitor and assist the team in completing tickets / assignments that are being worked on
  • Complete all Residential customer visit tickets according to the schedule determined by the Call Center
  • Resolving all network problem tickets in accordance with the SLA issued by the NOC.
  • Create Daily, Monthly, Yearly Reports
  • Manage team needs and keep all the tools used by the team under it.
Requirements:
  • Minimum experience working in an ISP company for 3 years
  • Experienced in the Field of Optical Fiber (OTDR, Splicing, Restoration)
  • Experience with GPON Technology and Its Devices (OLT, ONT, FAT, FDT)
  • Experience with OLT and ONT Nokia Series
  • Experience in managing the Team work under it
  • Experience in making daily, monthly and annual reports
  • Willing, for the possibility of working 3 shifts for monitoring the Progress Team.
