Responsibilities:
  • Ensure TT handling process can run quickly and according to SLA target.
  • Create daily report activity and troubleshooting. Report to Supervisor.
  • Perform Troubleshoot on FTTx Network
  • Good analytical skill and troubleshooting on Fiber Optics Equipment and networks
  • Troubleshoot on equipment integration
  • Join troubleshoot and escort tenant.
Requirements:
  • Education STM / D3 Department Telecommunication / Electrical / informatics / electric
  • Have SIM A and SIM C
  • No Fear of heights
  • Have a vehicle (motor)
  • Familiar with Fiber optic network and tools (OTDR, OPM, Splicing)
  • Minimum 1 year experience in telecommunication / Electrical (Fresh Graduate are welcome)
