Responsibilities:
  • 1.Working closely with assigned clients and leads to determine needs.
  • 2.Staying current on company products and services.
  • 3.Drafting and sending communications to clients about new offers.
  • 4.Overseeing sales process and facilitating order fulfilment
  • 5.Handling complaints and concerns.
  • 6.Maintaining an accurate and updated database of client information.
  • 7.Supporting Account Executives
Requirements:
  • 1.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 2.Sales, Marketing, or Account Management experience is generally preferred . Preferably 1-2 years of working experience in IT Sales.
  • 3. Excellent time management skills.
  • 4. Exceptional presentation and verbal and written communication skills.
  • 5. Good Leadership
  • 6.Strong computer skills and experience with MS Office.
  • 7.Proactive attitude with a passion for customer satisfaction.
  • 8.High level of efficiency and accuracy
