Career - Marketing Administrative MCP

  • Maintains a comprehensive filling system
  • Collecting supporting document from other Department for invoice
  • Assist department team in meeting deadlines for various tasks and project
  • Makes travel arrangements for the team as well as prepare all sort of department reimbursement forms
  • Organizes and schedules meetings including contacting all related participants, booking meeting places and other arrangements
  • Candidate must process at least Bachelor's degree in Any Major from reputable University.
  • 1 or 2 years experience in Office administration (Fresh Graduate welcome Apply)
  • Computer Literate : Proficiency inword processing, spreadsheets and scheduling applications using MS Office, MS Word, etc
  • Experience tracking and monitoring tasks
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
