  • Create and prepare outgoing mail and other documents
  • Prepare presentation materials and correspondence
  • Create and distribute money request forms
  • Coordinate to related parties / divisions
  • Report and monitor any administrative work
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Any Major from a reputable university with a minimum GPA of 3.00
  • Minimum 1 year experience in the same field
  • Able to use computer (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
  • Can work in a team and willing to work under pressure
