Responsibilities:
  • Develop a growth strategy that focuses on building the organization and its completeness, increasing financial benefits and achieving customer satisfaction
  • Review and coordinate the needs related to cooperation documents and contracts, including here also relating to the need for changes in them if necessary
  • Assist in setting or providing formal reporting arrangements about project progress for clients and projects
  • Keep records of sales, income, invoices etc.
  • Make recommendations for possible acceleration
  • Ensure the transfer of documents and information is managed effectively
  • Prepare risk assessments and mitigation plans
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
  • Make reports to management other than as routine but also that can be used as a basis for making strategic decisions or policies
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering / Bussiness from a reputable university with a minimum GPA of 3.00
  • Work experience in business development and also projects
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Independent workers who are able to work well with minimal supervision
  • Have a good project background and the ability and technical writing skills in English
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Ability to build relationships
  • Management skills and time planning
