Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for Sourcing, Screening, Interviewing, Testing and Analyze Candidates Potential (A-Z)
  • Develop appropriate recommendation based on Psychological Test and Interview.
  • Provide follow-up to ensure the recommendations were appropriate and useful.
  • Applies ethnic and standards of professional practice as corporate recruiter.
  • Create psychological, recruitment, database and new hire reports.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor Degree in Psychology min GPA 3,00.
  • Have at least 3 year of working experience as Recruiter.
  • Have maximum age 30 years old.
  • Understand psychological testing tools
  • Competent in candidate sourcing and screening, also able to understand and analyze the needs of use
  • Able to arrange KPI
  • Strong interpersonal & communication skill.
  • A good team player and enjoy to work with various people.
