Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and develop a database for information tracking needs Attend meetings or coordination
  • Coordinate with other departments such as finance, legal and other departments
  • Prepare presentations and reports that are routine or according to specific needs
  • Preparing other needs related to administrative needs
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree all Major from reputable university with a minimum GPA of 3.00
  • Oriented to detail, multitask, priority and deadlines
  • Capable of using Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, MS Word, Power points and preferably MS Project
  • Have good organizational and communication skills
  • Have good document recording capabilities
  • Having your own vehicle including a SIM
