Career - Regional Govrel Coordinator (Assistant Manager)

Region: Jawa Timur
Responsibilities:
  • Manage, monitor and evaluate team government relations in running the licensing process from start to finish on a daily basis
  • Ensure the entire permitting process runs according to the time line
  • Set the internal and external coordination within the company, whether the nature of technical needs or no technical
  • Implement coordination and Lobbying with local government
  • Managing the needs, filing and implementation of the budget
  • Set the strategy in the govrement relation process in accordance with the direction and policy Management (HO)
  • Reporting the whole process that runs either routine or appropriate to a particular need to Management (HO)
  • Report progress either routine or as needed in accordance with the needs to the PMO with the knowledge Management (HO)
  • Implement escalation to management as needed
  • Manage and maintain documentation of the licensing process
  • Carry out other assignments according to the needs of Management
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Legal, Public Relation or equivalent from reputable university with a minimum GPA of 3.00
  • Familiar with permitting process
  • Experienced in socialization and solving environmental problems
  • Capable of processing data and reports
  • Capable of using Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, MS Word, Power points and preferably MS Project
  • Have good communication, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Good personality, professional and integrity
  • Have a good relationship and coordination with the local government / city government
  • Have good management skills, analysis and leadership
