Responsibilities:
  • Serving customers or prospective customers who ask or complain through Social Media channels (Whatsapp, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook & Email)
  • Follow up to internal divisions for customer cases / problems
  • Update the results of Follow-ups to customers either through Social Media and / or telephone
  • Create a summary report of all questions or complaints that come from the Social Media channel in the form of excel
  • Make a Ticket for all questions or complaints that enter through Social Media
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a High School in Any Major
  • Candidate must be able to operate computer, windows, Microsoft office (excel, word, power point), email, web, etc
  • Can speak Indonesian & English both oral and written
  • Willing to work in shift
  • Good looking, attitude and dicipline
  • Able to work under pressure and team work
