Responsibilities:
  • Perform troubleshooting network (transmission and power) and escort tenant to make improvements and improve network performance and availability
  • Ensure TT handling process can run quickly and according to target SLA
  • Create daily reports for troubleshooting achievements made and report to Supervisor
  • Able to coordinate and cooperate well between FOP teams in the handling and handling process Trouble ticket
Requirements:
  • STM / D3 Major in Telecommunication / Electrical / Informatics / Electrical
  • Minimum 1 year experience in telecommunication / Electricity
  • Able to work in pressure, fast and energic
  • Have SIM A and SIM C
  • Have a vehicle (motorcycle)
  • Not afraid to work at altitude
