Career - Business System Analyst Assistant Manager

Responsibilities:
  • Learning the existing business process and gather business requirements for new application development or change of existing application and IT Policy
  • Analyze, propose and documenting the design of required new application or change of existing application and IT Policy
  • Follow up approval of Design Document or Change Request Document and IT Policy
  • Designing the test script for Conference Room Pilot (CRP), System Integration Test (SIT) and User Acceptance Test (UAT) of the new application or change of existing application being developed
  • Conduct CRP, SIT and UAT
  • Submit progress report to direct supervisor of each
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or equivalent from a reputable university with a minimum GPA of 3.00
  • Excellent in business process modeling, software architecture, user interface modeling, database modeling, software testing
  • Able to lead business and user requirements analysis
  • Strong analytical, leadership, communication, and can do attitude is a must
  • Enjoy working in an environment where continuous learning is a must
  • Fluent in English
  • Familiar with Sarbanes-Oxley, COBIT, PCI DSS
