Career - Marketing Administrative Assistant MCP

Responsibilities:
  • Maintains a comprehensive filling system
  • Collecting supporting document from other Department for invoice
  • Assists department team in meeting deadlines for various tasks and projects
  • Maintains inventory of office supplies
  • Completes all works and other duties as required by department members
  • Reconciles unresolved issues and any outstanding information with other departments
Requirements:
  • Min D3 / Bachelor degree's Accounting / Management or equivalent University
  • 1 or 2 years experience in Office Administration / Fresh Graduate
  • Computer Literate : Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets and scheduling appclication using MS Office
  • Experience tracking and monitoring tasks
  • Highly flexible to multitask
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in written and oral communication skills
  • Attractive and representative appearance
