Career - Logistics Staff

Region: Jakarta
Responsibilities:
  • Monitoring Finish goods at Supplier/Fabricator, Plan and track the shipment of final product according to customer requirements, Dispatch freight for delivery and arrange for pick up, Keep logs and records of shipment data, warehouse stock, executed order etc, Streamlines shipping and transportation processes, Rectify problems such as damages, shortages and non-conformance to specifications, Comply with laws, regulations and standards
Requirements:
  • Male, Minimum D3 degree, 2+ years’ experience in Logistics management preferred, Excellent communication and problem solving skills, Inventory management experience a plus, Ability to organize and prioritize workload and meet deadlines, Document and maintain a variety of records, Able to operate Microsoft Office, able to work as part of a team in a fast paced and pressured environment, communicating effectively with internal team as well as cross-functionally
