Career - Fiber Optic Field Operation

Responsibilities:
  • Conducting FO Cable Splicing activity to FO Cut event that has been found by FOP team and documenting the result of improvement in Minutes of Repair.
  • Ensure FO repair process can run quickly and according to target SLA
  • Supervise all FO jobs that require support vendors and builders.
  • Improving the plan as a mitigation step to minimize the TT corrective.
  • Create a daily report for the accomplishment of troubleshooting and report it to the Supervisor
  • Coordinate and cooperate well in the process of handling trouble tickets.
Requirements:
  • STM / D3 Department Telecommunication / Electrical / Informatics
  • Have SIM A and SIM C
  • Have a vehicle (motor)
  • Minimum 1 year experience in telecommunication / optics (Fresh Graduate are welcome)
  • Not afraid to work at altitude
  • Able to work in pressure, fast and energic
  • Familiar with Fiber optic network and tools (OTDR, OPM, Splicing)
