Career - FOP (Field Operation)

Region: Jakarta
Responsibilities:
  • Perform network troubleshooting (transmission and power) and make improvements and improvements to maintain network performance and availability.
  • Joining troubleshooting and escort tenants in troubleshooting network tenants
  • Ensure TT handling process can run quickly and according to target SLA
  • Create a daily report for the accomplishment of troubleshooting and report it to the Supervisor
  • Coordinate and cooperate well between FOP teams in the handover process of work with the next team.
Requirements:
  • Education STM / D3 Department Telecommunication / Electrical / informatics / electric
  • Have SIM A and SIM C
  • Have a vehicle (motor)
  • Minimum 1 year experience in telecommunication / Electrical (Fresh Graduate are welcome)
  • No Fear of heights
  • Able to work in pressure, fast and energic
