Career - CME Supervisor

Region: Jawa Tengah
Responsibilities:
  • Inspecting and controlling about quality and quantity actual on site
  • Arrange schedule and planning contractor
  • Create Progress Reports( daily, weekly and monthly)
  • Create planning and monitoring ATP progress (direct report to CME Manager)
  • Ensure the ATP progress accepted 100% by customers
  • Prepare and manage document control before submits to costumer
  • Prepare and manage BAUK (Berita Acara Uji Kelayakan) for document Invoice
  • Coordinating contractor, monitoring progress until RFI giving problem solving for any issue
  • Daily report to direct manager
Requirements:
  • Age maximum 30 years old.
  • Minimum D3/S1 Degree majoring in Engineering from reputable university, minimum GPA 2.75
  • At least 3 years of working experience handling BTS tower construction.
  • Self-motivated to work independently and proactivity.
  • Excellent analytical & problem solving skill.
  • Strong in civil mechanical & electrical skills.
  • Min 3 years experience in telecommunication field.
