Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
  • Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
  • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
  • Report and escalate to management as needed
  • Successfully manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
  • Handling subcon management.
  • Day to day monitoring of regional rollout progress, updating reports to PMO and coordinating with Rollout PM and internal stakeholders on issue resolutions.
  • End To End responsible for all CME and FO rollout scope in the region.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree or above in Civil / Telecommunications or related field of study.
  • Minimum 8 years’ experience in Telecommunications project management with 4 years in Telecom Civil projects
  • Strong experience in Telecom Regional rollout management
  • Knowledge of ICT (services, infrastructure, enterprise sw).
  • Motivate to work long hours with a can do attitude to achieve targets
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
  • People management skills.
  • Good communication, negotiation and presentation skills
  • PMP or equivalent is preferred.
