Career - Dept Head Data Center Infrastructure (BSS-OSS-PCC Opr)

Responsibilities:
  • Manages and is responsible for the successful completion of all tasks in assigned program area including technical work, financial and business development activities.
  • Lead and manage the centralized Business Support System (BSS), Operation Support System (OSS) and Policy Control (PC)
  • Provide progressive leadership to improve the operations, service delivery and related business processes.
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or equivalent from a reputable university
  • Experienced at least 8 years related to Billing System Operation
  • Significant experience managing enterprise high-priority information technology (IT)
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with the following : Window Server, RedHat, Oracle, MySql, Virtualization, Firewall, Java & Networking
  • Hands-on experience and knowledge of integration, operation and configuration of an information technology service management system including managing maintenance, service integration, and automated user forms.
